Rainbow Center of Michigan, founded in 1999, is a Medication Assisted Treatment program accredited by the Joint Commission, certified by SAMHSA, licensed by the State of Michigan offering a service menu that includes:

  • Methadone Therapy,
  • ​Outpatient Counseling,

  • Screening and Referrals, and 
  • Educational Group Sessions.

 Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) and we offer an array of services in a continuum of care that is available 24 hours/7 days, 365 days of the year by calling the DWIHN access line at 800-241-4949 or our 800# listed above.

DWIHN uses informal and formal services to sustain long-term recovery and promote wellness.  Rainbow, as part of DWIHN, provides comprehensive, integrated, evidence-based services, trauma-informed care, gender-specific, and culturally sensitive. We serve individuals from 21 years of age to 70+ years.
